When I graduated from high school at the age of 18, with the help of my former Christian classmate, I successfully came to Saskatoon, Canada to further my studies and participated in various church gatherings including youth fellowship. My initial intention was to make more friends, until one day after the fellowship, a brother shared God’s salvation with me using a booklet on the Four Spiritual Laws. The Holy Spirit moved me to confess my sins, repent, and accept the Lord Jesus as my Savior and the Lord of my life, and was willing to follow Him all my life. I was baptized in 1975.
In the early 2015, I had the opportunity to meet with the director-general of the Chinese Christian Mission (CCM). After a meeting, I was invited to join CCM Canada’s small-town missionary ministry and became a full-time traveling missionary in the three prairie provinces of western Canada. After praying with my wife and seeking God's guidance, I understood that this was God's call. I gave up my job as an engineer and turn to preach full time and care for the Chinese living in small towns and villages.
My Current Role at CCM
From 2015 to this year, I am the full-time traveling missionary in the three prairie provinces, responsible for promoting small town missions to various churches. I also encourage and lead believers to preach the gospel to Chinese people in small towns and villages. The three provinces have a vast territory with many small towns and villages. Therefore, it is necessary to recruit many believers to participate in this visitation and evangelism missions. Also it is a big challenge to encourage churches and believers to stay in this mission long-termly and continuously.
About CCM
